Thomas WrightPresident And Principal Broker
In 2008, Thomas was invited to become an owner and now serves as the President and Principal Broker of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty after the prestigious firm of Lewis Wolcott & Dornbush Real Estate became affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty. Since that time, the company has grown its gross yearly sales volume through aggressive recruiting and strategic planning from $135 million in 2008 to $1.3 billion in 2014. Prior to joining Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, he was a top-producing sales agent with Prudential Utah Real Estate and served as the marketing director for Coldwell Banker Premier Realty. During this time, Thomas was responsible for the marketing initiatives for several hundred real estate agents in offices all across the state of Utah. Thomas has used his background to speak to large and small groups nationally about lead generation, effective management of leads, innovative sales techniques, social media and web site creation.
Dave Johnson Managing Broker
In 2011 Dave became an owner and Managing Broker of Summit Sotheby’s. Dave has a very strong and diverse background in the real estate industry. With a law degree, he has served as a sales agent and formed and managed a title insurance and escrow agency. He was appointed and served as Director of the Utah Division of Real Estate. He began this appointment by restructuring state-wide real estate education programs for real estate agents and brokers. He also implemented the adoption and revision of numerous new standardized real estate forms for use throughout the State of Utah. In 1987, David took his experience in real estate sales, title insurance and escrow, and real estate brokerage regulation, and applied it to private law practice with an emphasis in real estate and real estate brokerage law. He served as general counsel to the Utah Association of Realtors® and to the Park City Board of Realtors®. Based upon the real estate education programs he initiated at the Utah Division of Real Estate, David is one of the most highly recognized real estate instructors in the State of Utah.
